Kindness; a kindness mindset.
When was the last time you were kind to yourself? When did you adopt a mindset of gratitude? When were you grateful for where you are right now, for the knowledge you have, or the fact you are taking steps to improve or the progression you have made or are making?
Some may call it strange as the idea is you need to be a pessimist in the market. Indeed, this is true. However, outside the market, you should not be. You should be kind to yourself and remember to be kind to yourself and appreciate yourself, so you can come back stronger.
This is something I was thinking about recently. This will help you fix any cracks in your psychology before they come in. You don’t want to feel like you can’t enjoy your trading wins. What about your losses? Be kind, they could happen to anyone and use it to turn it into a lesson; a mentor, a psychology coach or educator could help with techniques around this if you don’t already have effective ones of your own.
